The influence of epidural delivery analgesia combined with positional nursing on the delivery process and analgesic effect of parturients
Objective To explore the impact of epidural delivery analgesia combined with positional nursing on the delivery process and analgesic effect of parturients. Methods 96 postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. Both groups of parturients underwent epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received positional care on the basis of the control group.Compare the delivery process, analgesic effect, and delivery outcome between two groups of parturients. Results The first, second, and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 30 minutes of labor analgesia, the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the rates of cesarean section conversion, instrument assisted delivery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than the control group's 79.17%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of epidural analgesia combined with positional nursing in postpartum delivery can accelerate the progress of labor, alleviate labor pain, improve delivery outcomes, and increase nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying.
