The preventive effect of nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery on postoperative abdominal distension in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients
Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery on postoperative abdominal distension in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods 60 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The routine group received routine care, while the observation group received care based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery. The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension, postoperative recovery indicators, and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than the 20.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05);The first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The pain simulation score of the observation group on postoperative day 1,postoperative day 3,and postoperative day 7 was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing based on the concept of rapid recovery surgery during gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative abdominal distension, promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients, and is worth promoting.
