The impact of full process humanistic care nursing on the psychological status,sleep quality,and complications of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the impact of full process humanistic care on the psychological status,sleep quality,and complications of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 68 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a coin toss method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received full humanistic care.The psychological status,sleep quality,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hamilton anxiety scale and hamilton depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorders,sleep onset time,sleep efficiency,sleeping medication,and daytime dysfunction scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.76%,significantly lower than 41.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing full process humanistic care to patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve their psychological status and sleep quality,and reduce the risk of complications.
