Effect analysis of rapid rehabilitation mode in patients with hysteromyoma treated by laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation mode in laparoscopic operation of uterine fibroids and its influence on the stress response of patients. Methods 56 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into 28 cases according to random number table method. The control group implemented routine intervention, the observation group implemented rapid rehabilitation mode, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The time of anal exhaust, the time of moving out of bed and the time of postoperative hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the indexes of cortisol,C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When the patients with uterine fibroids are treated by laparoscopic surgery, the introduction of rapid rehabilitation mode can shorten the course of the disease, reduce the degree of pain and stress reaction, and has clinical popularization value.
