The application effect of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 88 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received an operating room nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The surgical related indicators,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had less intraoperative bleeding than the control group,shorter surgical time,postoperative bowel sound recovery time,and hospital stay compared to the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic uterine fibroid surgery is significant,which can improve surgical related indicators,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
