The role of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To explore the role of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 52 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups, each with 26 cases, using a random number table method. The routine group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received operating room nursing pathways. The nursing satisfaction, surgical rehabilitation indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of body temperature, hospitalization time, and inflammation resolution time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing pathway in the operating room has a prominent nursing role in laparoscopic myomectomy, which can meet the nursing needs of patients, promote rapid recovery, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions. It is worth promoting.
