摘要
目的 探讨针对性护理在子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期的应用效果.方法 选取本院58例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各29例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,比较两组的血压情况、生活质量及并发症发生率.结果 护理后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对性护理在子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期的应用价值较高,不仅能稳定患者手术期间的血压水平,同时还能提升生活质量,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension.Methods 58 patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received targeted care.The blood pressure,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The observation group had higher scores in the fields of physiology,psychology,environment,and social relations than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing has a high value in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension.It can not only stabilize the patient's blood pressure level during surgery,but also improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
