The application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension. Methods 58 patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 29 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received targeted care. The blood pressure, quality of life, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in the fields of physiology, psychology, environment, and social relations than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing has a high value in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension. It can not only stabilize the patient's blood pressure level during surgery, but also improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
