Application value of fine nursing in inducing labor with water sac in full-term pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing in water sac induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods 76 pregnant women with water sac induced labor were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given refined nursing. The methods of delivery, induced labor time, postpartum blood loss and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of induced labor in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The induction time of labor in the observation group was(35.37±3.23)min shorter than that in the control group(47.83±4.47)min.Postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h was(192.37±16.36)ml and(234.47±20.15)ml,respectively.It was lower than(244.78±20.34)ml and(289.37±25.66)ml in control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(40.27±3.85)points and(41.82±4.01)points,which were lower than those in the control group(48.75±4.58)points and(50.07±5.03)points,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine nursing in water sac induced labor of full-term pregnancy can shorten the time of inducing labor, improve the success rate of inducing labor, and alleviate the psychological state of parturients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
