Holby laparoscopy with surgery to treat scar diverticulum in cesarean section during cesarean diverticulum and clinical application effects
Objective To analyze the intraoperative nursing method and effect of uterine laparoscopy combined with operation in treating cicatricial diverticulum of cesarean section.Methods 62 patients with caesarean section cicatricial diverticulum undergoing laparoscopic uterine surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group increased intraoperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation status,postoperative quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Holby laparoscopy with surgery treatment of cesarean section scar diverticulum has a high nursing value,which can reduce the amount of bleeding during the patient's surgery,shorten the surgery time,accelerate the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
