Observation on the preventive effect of midwifery nursing in delivery room on postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the effect of midwifery nursing in the delivery room on preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 74 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group received midwifery nursing.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 5.41%in the observation group and 21.62%in the control group.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of midwifery nursing in the delivery room is significant in preventing postpartum hemorrhage,and it can shorten the postpartum recovery time and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
