Study on the effect of labor analgesia combined with postural nursing on the analgesia effect and labor process of primipara
Objective To explore the effects of labor analgesia combined with postural nursing on the analgesia effect and labor process of primipara.Methods 80 parturients were selected and divided into control group(labor analgesia combined with routine nursing)and observation group(labor analgesia combined with postural nursing)according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 97.50％higher than that in the control group 77.50％(P＜0.05).The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Couvade analgesia combined with postural nursing can effectively improve the analgesic effect of primipara,shorten the labor time and ensure the safety of mother and child,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
