Application of high quality nursing in the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing after gynecological laparoscopic surgery on preventing venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods 96 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,48 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,patients in observation group received high-quality nursing.The prevention effect,nursing satisfaction,coagulation function and quality of life of lower limb venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis was 2.08％in the observation group and 12.50％in the control group.The incidence of venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The coagulation function index of observation group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).The life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing of gynecological laparoscopic patients can reduce the rate of lower limb venous thrombosis and promote the prognosis of patients,which has clinical application value.
