Application effect analysis of bedside nursing in the nursing of primipara in cesarean section
Objective To study the application value of bedside nursing in the nursing of primipara in cesarean section.Methods 82 primipara were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received bedside nursing.Nursing satisfaction,breastfeeding rate and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of primipara in cesarean section,the effect of bedside nursing is obvious,which can improve the satisfaction of nursing,breastfeeding rate and psychological state of primipara.
