Analysis of the impact of implementing a stratified midwife management model on delivery room quality control in delivery room care
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the midwifery stratified management mode on the quality control of delivery room. Methods 100 women who gave birth were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 women in each group.Women in the control group were given routine delivery room nursing, and women in the observation group were given relevant delivery room nursing in the stratified management mode of midwives on the basis of the control group. The quality of nursing, postpartum 2 h blood loss and total labor time of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum 2 h blood loss was(156.67±13.21)ml in the observation group and(207.45±17.48)ml in the control group, and the postpartum 2 h blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total labor time of the observation group was(9.45±1.24)h,and that of the control group was(12.48±2.77)h.The total labor time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of midwifery stratified management model in delivery room nursing can not only improve the quality of maternal care, but also reduce postpartum bleeding, shorten labor time, and improve the safety of maternal delivery, which is worthy of clinical application.
