Evaluation of the application effect of full process nursing in gynecological examinations at physical examination centers
Objective To explore the application value of whole-course nursing in gynecological examination in physical examination center.Methods 120 cases of gynecological examination were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received full nursing.The compliance,examination time index and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of gynecological examination patients in observation group was 98.33％higher than that in control group(88.33％,P＜0.05).The waiting time and physical examination time of gynecological examination in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of gynecological examination patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing full process nursing during gynecological examinations in the medical examination center can improve compliance,shorten waiting and examination times,and enhance satisfaction.
