Analysis of drug use pattern of traditional Chinese medicine compound in treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection based on data mining
Objective To analyze the rule of drug use of Chinese herbal compounds in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection of cervix by using data mining technology.Methods Chinese herbal compounds for the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection were searched and collected,and a database was established according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The frequency,syndrome type,sex and taste,association rules and correlation analysis were conducted by using R language.Results A total of 83 prescriptions were included,including 183 traditional Chinese medicines.Most of the high frequency drugs were heat-clearing drugs and tonifying drugs,and their tastes were mainly bitter,sweet and cold.50 common drug pairs were selected by association analysis.Through the correlation analysis,it was found that"Bupleurum-Paeoniae""Baizhu-Codonopsis""Hedyoglosse-coix seed"and"Moutan bark-Paeoniae"had strong correlation.Conclusion Cervical HR-HPV infection is characterized by deficiency and deficiency.Strengthening spleen and removing dampness,clearing heat and detoxification are the principles of treatment,supplemented by soothing liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
