Effect of intraoperative intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine on maternal depression score after cesarean section
Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative intravenous dexmedetomidine infusion on maternal depression score after cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 cases of primary parturients undergoing elective cesarean section were selected as research subjects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The study group was injected with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride by intravenous pump, and the control group was injected with 0.9%sodium chloride injection by intravenous pump. Results On the 5th day after operation, the depression score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the number of women with depression score ≥9 was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).At T4,the levels of diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At T5 time point, systolic blood pressure(SBP),DBP and HR levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The sedation score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine in the lower section of uterine cesarean section under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia has a good effect, which can improve maternal depression, stabilize hemodynamic indexes during obstetrics and gynecology, and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
