Effect analysis of albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with advanced cervical cancer were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin, and the study group was treated with albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin.Serum tumor marker levels, therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and cytokeratin-19 soluble fragment(CYFRA21-1)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of SCCA and CYFRA21-1 in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin is good, which can reduce the level of serum tumor markers and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
