Bushen Tiaozhou prescription combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility Effect analysis
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Tiaozhou prescription combined with Chinese medicine retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)infertility.Methods A total of 76 CPID infertility patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,and the study group was given Bushen Tiaozhou prescription treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom and sign score,menstrual improvement and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the scores of TCM clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM clinical symptoms and signs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual blood volume(MBL)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the MBL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was 68.42％,and that of the control group was 44.74％,which was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CPID infertility with Bushen Tiaozhou recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is effective,which can promote the rapid recovery of clinical symptoms and menstruation,and increase the pregnancy rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
