Effect analysis of metronidazole combined with Bafukang Suppository in treating vaginitis
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with metronidazole on vaginitis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with vaginitis were retrospectively analyzed and divided into reference group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,49 cases in each group.The reference group was given metronidazole treatment,and the experimental group was given metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository treatment.The quality of life,adverse mood and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in test group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with Baofukang suppository is effective in the treatment of vaginitis,which can improve patients'quality of life and improve their bad mood,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
