Effect of estrogen and progesterone combined therapy on sex hormone levels in adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding
Objective To study the effect of combined estrogen progesterone therapy on adolescent functional uterine bleeding(hereinafter referred to as"adolescent functional blood").Methods A total of 200 adolescent patients with impaired blood were selected as the study objects and divided into reference group and treatment group according to simple random method,100 cases in each group. The reference group was given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given combined estrogen and progesterone therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group, the time for bleeding control and complete hemostasis was shorter than that of the reference group, and the levels of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those of the reference group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of estrogen and progesterone is effective and safe in the treatment of adolescent patients with dysfunctional blood, which can improve the hormone level and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
