Effect analysis of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets in the treatment of premature ovarian failure
Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to parity grouping principle,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.Sex hormone levels,ovarian function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,E2 levels in experimental group were higher than those in control group,FSH and LH levels were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness,peak ovarian systolic blood flow velocity and sinus follicle number between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness,sinus follicle number and peak systolic blood flow velocity of experimental group were better than those of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets combined with Kuntai capsules in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure can regulate the level of sex hormones,help to improve the ovarian function of patients,and the drug is safe,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
