Effect analysis of levofloxacin combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with tinidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole,and the experimental group was treated with levofloxacin combined with tinidazole.The symptom improvement time,treatment efficiency and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of lumbosacral swelling pain,large amount of lower band,irregular bleeding of vagina and dull abdominal pain in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with tinidazole has a good effect in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve treatment efficiency and do not increase adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
