Effect analysis of Sanjieling capsule combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroid
Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjieling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 102 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the research group was treated with Sanjieling capsule on the basis of the control group.The uterine morphology,menstrual volume,ovarian function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in tumor volume,uterine volume and menstrual volume between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,tumor volume,uterine volume and menstrual volume in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P,E2 and LH in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Sanjieling capsule combined with mifepristone has a good effect in the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can promote the recovery of uterine morphology and improve ovarian function,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
