Effect analysis of high frequency electrosurgical cervical resection combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b supposit in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions
Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency electrosurgical cervical resection in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b supposit. Methods A total of 200 patients with precancerous lesions of cervical cancer were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group by random number table,100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high frequency electrosurgical cervical resection, and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2B supposition on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, clearance effect of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)virus and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference in HPV viral load and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery, the HPV viral load of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency electrosurgical cervical resection combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b supposit is effective in the treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions, which can promote the disappearance of symptoms, shrink the lesion, improve the clearance effect of HPV virus, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
