Analysis of anesthesia effect of personalized anesthesia management strategy in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients
Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of personalized anesthesia management strategy in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 146 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to different anesthesia management strategies, with 73 cases in each group. The observation group adopted personalized anesthesia management strategy, and the control group adopted conventional anesthesia management strategy. The postoperative recovery time and postoperative analgesia effect were compared between the two groups. Results The eyelid opening time, tracheal intubation removal time and recovery room exit time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic surgery with personalized anesthesia management strategy anesthesia effect is better, can reduce postoperative pain, shorten postoperative recovery time, accelerate the recovery of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
