Effect analysis of hysteroscopic cold knife separation for intrauterine adhesions
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife separation on intrauterine adhesions. Methods A total of 140 patients with intrauterine adhesions were selected as study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional hysteroscopic electrotomy, and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife separation. The surgical indicators, uterine shape recovery and surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of blood loss and dilatant fluid absorption during operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of uterine shape recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife separation is effective in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions, which can improve surgical indicators, promote the recovery of uterine shape, and reduce the incidence of surgical complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
