Clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system and short-acting contraceptive in the treatment of anovulatory functional blood
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system and short-acting contraceptive in the treatment of anovulatory functional blood. Methods A total of 70 patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups according to the order of admission.35 patients in the reference group received short-acting contraceptive treatment, and 35 patients in the experimental group received levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system treatment.Estrogen index level, clinical index status, menstrual status and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in estrogen index between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the estrogen index level of experimental group was better than that of reference group(P<0.05).The amenorrhea rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group, and the normal menstrual rate was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of menorrhagia and menorrhagia between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system in the treatment of patients with anovulatory functional blood, can alleviate clinical manifestations, optimize the level of estrogen indicators, regulate the menstrual status of patients, and then improve the therapeutic effect.
