Analysis of the value of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal and transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute abdomen were selected, all of whom underwent transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound.Pathological examination after operation was used as the gold standard for the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. The results of transvaginal ultrasound, transabdominal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were compared. Results There were 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy,14 cases of torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle and 14 cases of rupture of corpus luteum. The accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound was 78.75%,the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was 77.75%,and the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 92.50%.The accuracy of the combined examination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography is more accurate in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
