Analysis of the value of Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of female pelvic inflammatory mass
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of female pelvic inflammatory mass. Methods A total of 60 female patients with pelvic inflammatory mass were selected as the study objects, all of whom were diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound and MRI.Pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard for the examination of female pelvic inflammatory mass, and the diagnostic results, specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of Doppler ultrasound and MRI were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the detection rate of pelvic inflammatory mass diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound and MRI and that by pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI were higher than that of single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound combined with MRI is more accurate in the diagnosis of female pelvic inflammatory mass, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
