Value analysis of vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography for rupture of corpus luteum of ovary and rupture of ectopic pregnancy
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in ruptured corpus luteum of ovary and ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 50 patients with ruptured luteal ovary and ruptured ectopic pregnancy were selected as the study objects, and were divided into ruptured luteal ovary group(n=22)and ruptured ectopic pregnancy group(n=28)after clinical surgery.Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in both groups, and the imaging status, blood flow characteristics and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The volume of ovary, diameter of abnormal echo region and depth of liquid dark region in the ruptured ectopic pregnancy group were lower than those in the ruptured corpus luteum group(P<0.05).The blood flow characteristics of the ruptured ectopic pregnancy group were mainly striped or punctate, and the blood flow characteristics of the ruptured luteal ovary group were mainly ring, the rate of striped or punctate ectopic pregnancy group was higher than that of the ruptured luteal ovary group, and the rate of ring blood flow was lower than that of the ruptured luteal ovary group(P<0.05).The peak systolic flow rate in the ruptured ectopic pregnancy group was lower than that in the ruptured luteal ovary group, and the resistance index and pulsation index were higher than those in the ruptured luteal ovary group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound is of high clinical value for rupture of corpus luteum of ovary and rupture of ectopic pregnancy, which can effectively distinguish the two cases, and can complete the scan in a short time, which can clearly observe the intrauterine situation of patients, and provide scientific image support for clinical treatment.
