Effect observation of self-management combined with behavioral intervention before and after gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of self-management combined behavioral intervention before and after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 160 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received self-management combined behavioral intervention. The psychological state,self-efficacy,self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in scores of self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-management combined with behavioral intervention before and after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can improve patients'anxiety and depression, improve patients'self-efficacy and self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
