The application effect of optimizing the emergency nursing process in the rescue of ectopic pregnancy
Objective To investigate the rescue effect of emergency nursing process optimization for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and divided into reference group and observation group by drawing lots, with 15 cases in each group. The normal emergency nursing process was adopted in the reference group, and the optimized emergency nursing process was adopted in the observation group. The efficiency of emergency treatment, psychological state and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of emergency stay, rescue and emergency transport to the operating room in observation group was shorter than that in reference group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in reference group, and the success rate of rescue was higher than that in reference group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05),The satisfaction scores of service attitude, rescue efficiency, first aid technique and coordination ability of observation group were higher than those of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of optimized emergency nursing procedures for ectopic pregnancy patients can improve rescue efficiency, shorten emergency treatment time, relieve anxiety and depression, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
