Effect of prenatal nursing intervention on perinatal condition and pregnancy outcome of patients with preeclampsia
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal nursing on perinatal condition and pregnancy outcome of patients with preeclampsia. Methods A total of 68 patients with preeclampsia were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine prenatal care, and the observation group was given prenatal nursing intervention. The perinatal situation and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postpartum infection, postpartum hemorrhage and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia and hyperbilirubinemia between two groups(P>0.05).The rate of natural vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the rate of dystocia and cesarean section were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and no stillbirth occurred in both groups. Conclusion The effect of whole-course prenatal nursing intervention in women with preeclampsia is good, which can improve the perinatal conditions and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
