Application effect of comprehensive targeted nursing in maternal nursing of hypothyroidism during pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive targeted nursing in pregnant women with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with hypothyroidism during pregnancy were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive targeted nursing intervention.The anxiety,compliance,symptom disappearance and thyroid function recovery time of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared.Results The anxiety and compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of hypothyroidism symptom and recovery of thyroid function in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The full range of targeted nursing intervention for pregnant women with hypothyroidism during pregnancy has a good effect,which can effectively improve their anxiety,improve their compliance,reduce the symptoms of hypothyroidism,and ensure the safety of mothers and children.
