Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with adenomyopathy who underwent total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with adenomyosis were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with perioperative routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention. The indexes of postoperative rehabilitation progress, psychological state, satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The bed time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for adenomyopathy patients undergoing total hysterectomy can improve the negative emotions of patients, accelerate postoperative recovery, prevent complications, and have high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
