Effect evaluation of personalized nutrition guidance in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nutritional guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received personalized nutrition guidance.Cognitive level, anxiety level, blood glucose level and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge, compliance behavior and self-management ability of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The anxiety score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistical significance in blood glucose level before meal and 2 h after meal between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, blood glucose levels before and 2 h after meals in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized nutrition guidance for gestational diabetes patients can help improve their understanding of disease and health knowledge, enhance their compliance behavior and self-management ability, and help control blood sugar level and reduce the adverse effects of hyperglycemia on pregnancy outcomes, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
