Application effect of responsible midwifery nursing in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy
Objective Analysis of the value of using responsibility based midwifery care in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods 78 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into 39 cases according to random number table method.The control group implemented routine nursing,the observation group implemented responsibility midwifery nursing,and compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results The first,second,third and total stages of labor in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,blood pressure levels decreased in both groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the pregnancy outcome,the vaginal delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the cesarean section rate and adverse pregnancy outcome rate were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsible midwifery nursing intervention in pregnancy-induced hypertension has a good effect,which can shorten the labor time,control the level of maternal blood pressure and improve the adverse pregnancy outcome,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
