Effects of diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing on postoperative pain and bad mood in patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the application of diversified needs nursing combined with detailed nursing for patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery,and observe the effects on postoperative pain and adverse mood of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing procedures,and the observation group received diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing.The pain level and adverse mood of the two groups were compared at various stages after surgery.Results At 4 h,12 h,48 h and 72 h,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On the day of operation and at discharge,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified needs combined with detailed nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery can alleviate the postoperative pain level of patients,and has a positive effect on improving their adverse emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
