Effect of perioperative quality nursing on patients with uterine prolapse after vaginal hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative quality nursing in patients with uterine prolapse after vaginal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 48 patients with vaginal hysterectomy with uterine prolapse were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 24 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing, the observation group took perioperative quality nursing, and the postoperative rehabilitation effect, adverse mood and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,the time of first exhaust and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative quality nursing for patients with uterine prolapse after vaginal hysterectomy can significantly improve anxiety and depression, reduce the incidence of complications, and accelerate the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
