Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing intervention on the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with gynecological acute abdomen. Methods A total of 70 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received emergency nursing, and the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,the satisfaction of the control group was 74.29%,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.71%in the observation group and 28.57%in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emergency nursing intervention in patients with gynecological acute abdomen can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
