摘要
目的 探讨助产士护理干预对产妇顺产结局及新生儿健康状态的影响.方法 选取46例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组23例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予助产士护理干预,比较两组顺产率、新生儿健康状态.结果 观察组顺产率及新生儿健康状态评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 产妇采用助产士护理干预能显著提高顺产率,改善新生儿健康状况,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of midwifery nursing intervention on maternal outcomes and neonatal health status.Methods A total of 46 parturients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given midwife nursing intervention.The rate of vaginal delivery and the health status of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results The birth rate and health status of newborn in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of midwifery nursing intervention can significantly increase the rate of vaginal delivery and improve the health status of newborns,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
