Effect of midwifery nursing intervention on maternal outcomes and neonatal health status
Objective To investigate the effect of midwifery nursing intervention on maternal outcomes and neonatal health status.Methods A total of 46 parturients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given midwife nursing intervention.The rate of vaginal delivery and the health status of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results The birth rate and health status of newborn in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of midwifery nursing intervention can significantly increase the rate of vaginal delivery and improve the health status of newborns,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
