Application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention in puerperal pelvic floor functional rehabilitation
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in postpartum pelvic floor functional rehabilitation.Methods The clinical data of 96 parturients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to balanced sequential method,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,the observation group carried out systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention,and compared the occurrence of adverse reactions,sexual function recovery and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The scores of all dimensions of sexual function recovery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of language communication,psychological counseling,nursing operation and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention on parturients is good,it can improve the recovery of pelvic floor function and sexual function,and the satisfaction of parturients is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
