Application effect of noninvasive delivery in normal delivery care
Objective To explore the application effect of non-invasive delivery in normal delivery care. Methods A total of 220 normal parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,110 cases in each group. The control group received traditional delivery care, and the observation group received non-invasive delivery care. The relevant clinical indicators, adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The blood loss 2 h after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the healing time of perineal wound and the hospital stay after delivery were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total labor time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of non-invasive delivery nursing for normal parturients is better, which can shorten perineal incision healing and postpartum hospital stay, reduce postpartum bleeding, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve maternal satisfaction, and improve the tense nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
