Effect of targeted emergency nursing intervention by midwives in delivery room on reducing postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction
Objective To explore the effect of improving the targeted emergency nursing intervention of midwives in the delivery room on reducing postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 244 parturients were selected and divided into control group(n=123)and observation group(n=121)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted emergency nursing intervention by midwives in the delivery room.The postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postpartum bleeding time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric care after emergency training of midwives in the delivery room can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,shorten the bleeding time,and the maternal satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
