Application of detailed nursing model in delivery room nursing and its influence on sleep quality and bad mood of parturients
Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing mode on sleep quality and bad mood of parturients in delivery room nursing.Methods A total of 180 parturients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,90 cases in each group.The observation group implemented the detailed nursing mode,and the control group implemented the routine nursing intervention.The negative mood and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in sleep quality scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of detailed nursing mode in delivery room nursing is better,it can improve the bad mood of parturients and improve their sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
