Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in abdominal distension nursing after obstetrics and gynecology
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in abdominal distension nursing after obstetric operation.Methods A total of 200 obstetric women with abdominal distension were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the occurrence and severity of abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of abdominal distension,first exhaust time of abdominal distension and first defecation time of abdominal distension in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of abdominal distension in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is better,which can shorten the time of abdominal distension,reduce the incidence of abdominal distension and improve the quality of nursing.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
