摘要
目的 探讨子宫颈癌患者护理中采用Snyder希望护理的效果.方法 选择50例子宫颈癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予Snyder希望护理,比较两组希望水平、心理弹性、生活质量.结果 护理前,两组Herth希望指数(HHI)量表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组HHI、CD-RISC、SF-36评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 子宫颈癌患者护理中采用Snyder希望护理的效果较好,可提高患者的希望水平、心理弹性和生活质量,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Snyder hope nursing in the care of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 50 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given Snyder hope care.Hope level,mental resilience and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of herth hope index(HHI),mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)and quality of life scale(SF-36)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,HHI,CD-RISC and SF-36 scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Snyder hope care in the nursing of patients with cervical cancer is good,which can improve the level of hope,psychological resilience and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
