The application effect of uterine strap suture in the treatment of postoperative bleeding after cesarean section
Objective To explore the application effect of uterine strap suture in the treatment of postoperative bleeding after cesarean section. Methods 100 parturients who underwent cesarean section and had postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent uterine cavity gauze filling surgery, while the experimental group underwent uterine harness suture surgery. The treatment effects, surgical related indicators, coagulation function, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.0%,which was higher than the control group's 74.0%(P<0.05);The bleeding volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group at 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery, and the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the fibrinogen level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine strap suture has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, which can reduce maternal bleeding, improve coagulation function, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications after cesarean section. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
