Evaluation of the effectiveness of post abortion care in implementing efficient contraceptive measures for women who have given birth after surgery
Objective To explore the effectiveness of post abortion care in implementing efficient contraceptive measures for women who have given birth after surgery. Methods 1000 women with miscarriage were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, each with 500 cases. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received post abortion care services. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The use rate of high-efficiency contraceptive measures in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of repeated induced abortions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of postoperative contraceptive measures in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than the 95.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Post abortion care can greatly improve the contraceptive awareness and increase the use rate of contraceptive methods in women who have undergone abortion, and is worth learning from.
